Discover Health is a consultative practice, meaning that I will work with your primary care provider but I do not provide primary care, including medication management. This allows me to spend more time looking at you and your health in a comprehensive way. I look at each of my clients as a puzzle. Finding the patterns in your life and health allow me to understand what’s causing your health challenges, and to find a solution that will address the cause rather than just treating your symptoms.

Additionally, I specialize in mind body energy medicine which takes into account the physical, mental, social and spiritual aspects of the human body (existence) which lead to physical or mental symptoms.

Integrative Medicine, or Integrated Health is just that – an INTEGRATED approach to helping you feel and be your best. Through looking at and treating the WHOLE PERSON, and not just the symptoms, I focus on wellness rather than disease, and your own relationship with your body as a strength, not a weakness.
Distance Healing
We see light from far away, we feel the pull of the moon and the ebb and flow of the tides. None of this requires physical touch, but we feel it all the same. We know it is there. Energy Medicine
